If you haven’t heard of Weight Watchers, you’re probably living in a cave. It’s a diet based on points, and you can only eat so many points per day based on certain factors. But the great thing is that you can eat whatever you want. Nothing is off limits as long as you stay within the point limit.

This can be tough with restaurants since they don’t have nutrition facts. We found a resource that lists this information for you: WikiWeightWatchers.com. They have over 300 restaurants already. And it’s a wiki, so anyone can update it or add to it. It should grow pretty fast. There’s a points calculator on every page as well.
